ArtWalk In The Square - Shops at Don Mills September 13-15, 2024

One of Toronto’s premier art exhibitions, ArtWalk in the Square is a great place to connect with artists and buy that perfect piece for your home! ArtWalk in the Square is a three-day, public fine art exhibition at the CF Shops at Don Mills. With established and emerging artists exhibiting painting, photography, mixed media, printmaking, drawing, glass and sculpture, in a juried show featuring ONLY fine art. CF Shops at Don Mills is where fashion, dining and entertainment come outside to play. Visit Ontario’s first and finest open-air centre with exceptional shops, restaurants and services surrounding a lovely Town Square. This upscale centre hosts shops such as Anthropologie, Michael Kors and Roots combined with restaurants, coffee shops and the Cineplex VIP movie theatre.

Square Foot Show - Pop Art

Art Made Friendly, Fast and Fun. Square Foot Show began as a small, annual art party at Julia Veenstra’s studio in Hamilton, Ontario - each piece just 12x12 and at a single price. Since 2020, it has exploded into an online “black Friday of art” with collectors and artist spanning the globe and many artists selling out in just minutes.

The fun continues with the Pop! Square Foot Show (first Pop Art themed show), featuring 34 incredible artists from across North America.

The ROSEDALE ART FAIR is a wonderful opportunity for over 90 artists to show and sell their work in one of Toronto’s most upscale and prestigious neighborhoods alongside fellow established and emerging Canadian artists.

RAF has become a destination for art connoisseurs and art lovers, gallerists and designers alike, as well as novice buyers who are seeking to find the perfect piece for their home. Many artists call RAF their favorite outdoor show with several claiming record sales. Our location in RAMSDEN PARK is just off of bustling Yonge Street and is highly visible by the many people who frequent this major thoroughfare.

Pi Art Squared Show

Conceived of my abstract artist Kate Taylor and hosted at Art Alchemy Art Studio, this is a truly unique art shows. We've all heard about the traditional square foot shows, but no one can put artists in a box! The Artist needs to take materials and transform them, create their own worlds and realities, and now you can do that, in the ROUND.

DATES: The shows runs during Pi r Squared Day (3.14, or March 14):

-        In Person at Art Alchemy Art Studio: March 14 – 21 (Gallery will be open 11am – 4pm or my appointment)

-        Online: This year’s show will be March 14 – 24 Pi ART Squared Day

LOCATION: Art Alchemy Art Studio, 89 Research Road, Second Floor, Toronto (Leaside - Laird and Eglinton). Art Alchemy is a working studio so we invite you to drop in during the show hours (11am – 4:00pm) to see the art and the artists at work. Please note that Art Alchemy is on the second floor (about 20 stairs) with no elevator. 

Westland Gallery Annual Square Foot Show

Westland Gallery is having its annual Square Foot Show. Starting December 6 until December 30th. I will be participating once again with two 12” x 12” pieces. Artist Project 2023 - More details to follow

Pi ART Squared is a juried show of 12” round original pieces of art. The show is hosted at Art Alchemy Art Studio in Toronto. The show will present at least one piece per artists in the studio in addition to being online at ArtAlchemy.ca.

This year’s show will be during Pi ART Squared Day (3.14 or March 14th) - March 9 – 16, 2023

Opening Night: Thursday March 9, 2022, 7-9pm

All tondos will sell for $300 (CAD) – this includes shipping. The artist is responsible for getting sold art to the client.

ArtWalk In The Square - Shops at Don Mills

ArtWalk in the Square is an intimate central square at the Shops at Don Mills –  a wonderful way to spend a summer day. This year, we are planning for an in-person show at CF Shops at Don Mills and also taking the show online. Pi Art Squared Show by Art Alchemy

We have all heard about the traditional Square Foot show, but no one can put artists in a box! Introducing the first ever in the world…well, Toronto, anyway, art show featuring circular artwork ONLY.

Pi r-squared (π r 2) is the formula for the area of a circle of radius r. The lowercase Greek letter pi (written π ) stands for the ratio of circumference to diameter, which is the same for all circles because they all have the same shape. I just love the symmetry of that and, with that, I invite you to explore over 100 piece of original fine art in the Art Alchemy East Pi ART-squared (π r 2) Exhibition!

Westland Gallery Square Foot Show is celebrating its 10th year. Located in London, Ontario @ 156 Wortley Rd. The walls will be covered from head to toe in 12” x 12” paintings. A must see. Show starts on November 24th and ends on December 30th.

Square Foot Show August 4-6

Abstract Square Foot Show! Goes live at 8pm EST on Wednesday, August 4th!

If you've participated before, you know that this show is a bit of a frenzy and, despite best efforts, our site has crashed every time. We have changed and upgraded servers and we are confident that we'll have fewer issues with this sale - but there are no guarantees because we get get a ton of traffic all at once!

It's first come, first served. It's fun! But it's fast paced so we recommend using a browser on a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device.

We are sending out a preview of all 300+ pieces for this show at 8pm EST on August 2nd! This 48 hour image preview should give you enough time to narrow down your favorites before the show goes live on August 4th!
